Dual Fuel is an integrated energy services company that provides heating controls, boiler monitoring and emergency service to residential and commercial buildings in the New York City metropolitan area.

We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities include:

● Receive service calls via phone and email.

● Schedule emergency service work with customers/property superintendents.

● Follow up with customers after work performed to ensure customer satisfaction.

● Procure equipment quotes from plumbing and heating supply houses.

● Prepare equipment repair estimates for customers.

● Review service notes of heating technicians and add clarity when necessary.

● Prepare service invoices for billing.

● Draft service agreements for new customers.

● Complete boiler compliance worksheets.

● Maintain and update customer compliance records.

● Handle LL87 paperwork and closeout documents.

● Draft Local Law compliance proposals.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a quick learner.
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be passionate about customer service.
• Must be able to work independently.

Preferred Experience:

• HVAC experience
• Sales experience
• Dispatching experience
• Quickbooks experience

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
