JEGS has immediate openings for Experienced Customer Service Associates to work in our Columbus, OH, or our Delaware, OH Call Centers. This role has the option to be remote. This role will be using verbal communication to help customers with their orders. Candidates will execute transactions promptly and accurately. We are currently hiring Customer Service Associates to join JEGS!

Requirements:

• 3+ years of customer service experience in a call center is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 as well as general computer aptitude
• Upbeat and concise verbal and written customer service skills required
• Ability to multi-task, type while listening, view multiple screens and systems
• Ability to work in an environment that requires the majority of customer interaction to be either verbal (phones) or written form (account notation and email)
• Strong customer service mindset, proficiency in consulting/advising customers, answering inquiries and providing clear and concise information/resolutions and managing difficult situations with customers
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to apply active listening skills
• Execute transactions (Orders, drop ships, order status, tracking shipments with carriers, stock availability, ETA, price matching, customer service credits, detailed account notation, etc.)
• Ability to up-sell products (Extend warranty on Order Entry calls)
• Ability to use basic math

Schedules:

1. Monday – Friday and every other Saturday (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off when working a Saturday)

· 2:30 p – 11 pm

2. Monday – Friday and every other Saturday (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off when working a Saturday)

· 3:30 p – 12 am

3. Monday – Friday and every other Sunday (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off when working a Saturday)

· 2:30 p – 11 pm

4. Monday – Friday and every other Sunday (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off when working a Sunday)

· 3:30 p – 12 am
