Our Customer Service Representatives work directly with Customers to ensure they receive a superior customer experience from the time they purchase in store or online, through to delivery of the product in the home and beyond.
Compensation range: $15-$17./HR- commensurate based on experience. ***** THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION, IT IS AN IN OFFICE POSITION***
Working in our service-center environment, requires:
- Friendly and courteous service over the phone
- Resolve customer issues with minimal supervision
- Prompt follow up
- Execute clerical functions in a timely fashion
- Update and maintain all customer service reports and records
- Maintain accurate records for all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Must Speak Spanish
- Qualified candidates will have a steady job history
- 1 -3 years’ experience in a customer service role is desired but not required
- Candidates must have excellent telephone phone communication skills
- Verbal and written communication, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong computer skills are necessary
- The ability to project professionalism
- Must possess a clear and professional speaking voice
- The schedule of this full-time position will include coverage of business hours of Monday through Saturday 7a.m. to 7p.m. - schedule can vary based on the business needs.
This position will be located at our Corporate Distribution Center located at 5700 70th Avenue North, Pinellas, Park FL , 33781.
