A construction parts firm is seeking an energetic Customer Support Specialist to work in the Olathe/Lenexa area. This Customer Support role is all by email; no phones!

CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process customer email requests (ex. Providing tracking numbers, stock availability, order status, etc.
- Monitor CRM data and respond to emails.
- Provide problem resolution
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year previous in CSR in an office setting
- High school degree or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
$17-$18/hr to start!
Hours are 8a-5pm
