NOM Maternity was launched in 1998 in a small boutique called Naissance on Melrose. Pioneering fashion-forward maternity wear, NOM sold trendy clothes to expecting (and often famous) Los Angeles moms. In 2015, after inheriting Seattle-based Village Maternity from her mother, Anna Capretto, a New York fashion veteran and mama of two littles, decided to add NOM Maternity to the mix. The Job:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work closely with the NOM team to turns mamas in to NOM mamas. We’re looking for smart, organized, empathetic and positive people who thrive on making people happy and solving puzzles. On a daily basis you will be connecting with our customers all over the world to help with any issues they may encounter when purchasing from NOM. The ideal candidate is someone that is driven, has a passion for helping others, and is able to work independently while also collaborating remotely with team members.
Responsibilities:
· Deliver exceptional customer service to existing and new customers across all channels including email, text, and phone
· Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
· Develop familiarity with company fit and sizing to assist customers in finding the perfect fit
· Coordinate and follow up with other departments to ensure problem resolution and work together with other team members to promote an environment of customer satisfaction
· Maintain a positive attitude throughout all customer and team interactions
· Learn to navigate multiple internal software systems
Qualifications:
· Experience in customer service with DTC organization
· Familiarity with pregnant, nursing, and postpartum moms and the associated challenges
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Must be able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week during business hours of 8am – 5pm EST
· A strong and reliable internet connection is a must
· Experience working remotely
This job requires approximately 10 hrs a week and the schedule is flexible (Ex. We are open to helping you create a schedule that works for you. We can accommodate school drops off / pick ups etc.)
STARTING SALARY: $18-$22 PER HOUR
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
