CRD Careers has partnered with a leading, member-owned agricultural and energy cooperative in their search for Customer Service Manager for their Grains & Animal Nutrition division.

The ideal candidate will reside in, near or be willing to relocate to Cottage Grove, WI.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Train, coach, and mentor customer service and administrative team
• Effectively manages resource utilization through the business units seasonal business cycles
• Document processes and procedures for training and onboarding
• Provide system and process training to promote consistency and full utilization
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Monitor daily, month-end and year-end processes for timely completion
• Enters and supports accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
• Actively communicates important processing issues or customer concerns
• Work closely with credit department to resolve customer disputes
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer account information
• Work closely with management, finance, CSR, and administrative lead team members to create and implement new processes
• Work closely with operations and sales to ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions
• Manages team schedules while ensuring proper support coverage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
