We are looking for strong Customer Service and/or Collections Representative to join our team! If you have previous customer service, collections, negotiations or sales experience and interested in a unique opportunity in the Alternative Finance Industry, we want to hear from you!

Job responsibilities are reaching out to customers regarding overdue advances, or other payments. Customer Service Representatives must be persistent and professional, with a thorough understanding of how to use the phone system and computer software related to the job. While they should be courteous and understanding in dealing with customers, they will also need to be assertive from time to time.

Desired Experience:

• · Experience in high level Customer Service, Collections, Negotiating, Sales or general call center experience is highly desired
• · High level of ambition and ability to work independently
• · Strong communication and/or negotiation skills preferred
• · Strong time management skills
• · Proficient computer skills

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
