Job description

This position must ensure excellent service and maintain high customer satisfaction in a fast paced environment. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively and work under pressure.

The customer service representative must be skilled at technical knowledge, communication, decision-making, and problem solving.

High school diploma. Dog care experience is a plus but not necessary.

Required Competencies: phone skills, listening skills, excellent communication, presentation skills, accountable, reliable, attention to detail and ability to make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face. Answer questions, assist with software application, resolve general problems concerning their dog(s).
• Maintain database for owners and boarding / daycare dogs. Ensure vaccinations are documented and paperwork scanned into system. Ensure dog and owner information is accurate and current.
• Provide food and medication to daycare and boarding dogs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby. Floors should be cleaned nightly, retail area remains neat and orderly, and products are displayed in an appealing way.
• Give building tours to clients
• Generate sales by recommending potential products or services to clients

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
