Our company is currently seeking a Customer Service Associate to work with our team. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for Dead Air's customer and dealer experience including technical, function, and order queries. You will also be asked to process orders, make modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels within Dead Air’s NetSuite ERP system.

This position is a very hands-on, detail oriented, customer and dealer facing role performing day-to-day customer service activities. This position will require strong interaction with the team so we're looking for individuals who can be highly effective in order to achieve the highest possible levels of productivity.

Major Accountabilities and Responsibilities include:

· Working safely with firearms and ensuring the safe use of Dead Air equipment and firearms.

· Keep up to date on the latest federal and state safety regulations, as well as related firearms regulations.

· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support by always maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers, dealers, and vendors.

· Developing a strong product knowledge base of firearms and suppressors and learning our products inside and out so that you can answer technical questions from both customers and dealers.

· Develop and maintain personal proficiency with NetSuite ERP system.

· Respond promptly to customer, dealer, and vendor inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

· Communicating with customers through various channels.

· Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

· Maintaining strong organizational skills and keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
