- Manage medium/large and/or moderately complex Carrier pricing/billing projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
- Accountability for planning of project scheduling and workload balance.
- Apply rates for a high volume of orders using MSA or Quoted pricing agreements.
- Review Master Service Agreements to determine Early Term Liability charges for various accounts.
- Run, export, and analyze data using intermediate - advanced MS Excel skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Single point of contact for managing pricing/billing responsibilities.
- Conducts monthly market calls with CAM and other boundary partners.
- Develops methods to measure customer satisfaction to include feedback on critical milestones at project completion.
- Anticipates and identifies tasks required to support change processing including verbally communicating complex issues and verifying task completions.
- Produce and report on KPIs and metrics.
- Run weekly and/or monthly reports.
- Complete a high volume of Granite tasks with efficiency.
- Partners with cross functional teams to address unique Carrier requests.
- Drive OMS, Granite, CABS data base clean up completion.
- Applies regulatory knowledge for all pre and post installation activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/BA degree with 2 years of experience in a related field (i.e. Project Management etc.), OR a MS degree with up to 2 years experience, OR 6 years of experience with no degree.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with promptness.
- Proficient in the following applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, MS Teams, SharePoint).
- Ability to align and collaborate strategically with cross functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and proactive customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Required knowledge of Carrier project management process.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry.
- High Energy with the desire to learn and grow.
- Team Player.
- Willingness to take action and be accountable for results.
- BS/ BA degree in related discipline (i.e. Business, etc.).
PREFERRED
- Advanced MS Excel skills such as Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Conditional Formatting, etc.
- Analytical billing/pricing experience.
- Experience with Tableau, Carrier Access Billing (CABS).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
