• Handle incoming calls using ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) system
• Utilize sales order entry system (SAP) to process manual orders
• Investigate, resolve customer complaints, process credits, debits, replacement orders and RGAs (Return Goods Authorization) as needed
• Manage incomplete order holds and resolve pricing discrepancies
• Maintain Product Quality log and Delivery Accuracy log
• Maintain Customer Master Data permanent notes in SAP
• Collaboration with Warehouse, Sales, Demand Planners, and Transportation to ensure order accuracy and on time delivery
• Identify opportunities and areas to improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience in non-retail environment (Consumer Product Goods and/or Pool & Spa environment preferred)

• English & Spanish speaking a plus (not required)

• Customer service experience a plus

• Proficient use of PC including MS office applications and SAP experience are preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer focus and attention to detail
