Job description
As Customer Care Coordinator (known internally as the Captain of Love and Snuggles), you will be the first face to greet customers and a jack of all trades. You will be responsible for managing the customer support and overseeing customer satisfaction. This position is multifaceted and also includes but is not limited to: member service /support and appreciation, new member onboarding, coaching sessions, gym operations support, sales support, marketing support, and social media management.
As stated above, this position also incorporates a coaching element and includes 3-8 hours of coaching sessions at the gym. No experience required just a passion for strength training, willingness to learn and desire to make the world a stronger place. All coach training will be provided through the MSC Coach/Intern Mentoring Program, but any coaching/exercise instruction experience is a huge advantage.
30 -40 hours/ week
Some nights and weekend flexibility required (minimal)
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and experience in hospitality/restuarants or a previous customer service position, have passion for Strength Training and a desire to grow their own practice and learn to coach and help others find their strength.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
