The City of O'Fallon, MO is looking to hire a dependable and customer service-oriented Custodian to work at the City's Renaud Center. As part of our Facilities Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for the custodial maintenance of the Renaud Center. We are looking for individuals who can work a mostly daytime shift, with hours that include a weekend day.

As a Parks Maintenance Worker, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning bathrooms and restocking supplies.
• Cleaning offices, including floors, blinds, and furniture.
• Emptying trash and recyclable materials.
• Making minor maintenance repairs.
• Reporting maintenance needs to appropriate personnel.
• Unloading and inventoring cleaning supplies.
• Laundering towels and mop heads.
• Stripping and waxing floors.
• Removing snow from sidewalks.
• Assisting with setting up for meetings.
• Performing related duties.

We're looking for someone who is knowledgeable of the tools, equipment and methodology of building custodial maintenance.
