The CSR/Dispatcher position entails 50% dispatching, which involves coordinating and assigning service requests to technicians and 50% customer service, which includes communicating with customers to provide information and resolve issues.
Basic Duties
- Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone or email
- Scheduling appointments for plumbing services and dispatching plumbers to job sites
- Communicating with customers to ensure their needs are being met and resolving any issues that arise
- Recording customer information and details of service requests in the company's database
- Maintaining accurate records of job assignments, work performed, and time spent on each job
- Monitoring and responding to emergency service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
- Humble, Hungry & Smart
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Customer service experience
- Experience with Service Titan a plus!
- Drug-free and clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Hours:16-20 hours a week Wednesday- Saturday
Pay: $15-$17 hourly based on experience
