We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for helping customers and the drive to always find the right solution to a given problem. We're specifically looking for a candidate with excellent customer service experience, who knows how to effectively engage with customers, make decisions and follow procedures. A CSR should be organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, empathize with and be able to prioritize both external and internal customer needs, all while providing a calm, and professional demeanor. HVAC experience not required.

Responsibilities:

• Answer the company phones during business hours
• Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone,email, or SMS.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Collect customer information and dispatch calls.
• Assist customers with any questions regarding their accounts and service agreements.

Call Center and secretarial experience, Microsfot Office experience, and familiarity with commonly used CRT systems a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,280.00 - $41,600.00 per year
