Crew Member Responsibilities:

• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
• Becoming a knowledgeable resource for employees to turn to for answers, insights, and ways that they can become efficient in their job.
• Carrying out policies and procedures put in place by the company and ensuring a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
• Maintain a high quality of customer service and meet the expectations set by the manager for them.
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
• Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
• Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Motivating employees! We pride ourselves in the work culture we create and each of our crew members must be proactively contributing to that culture
• Understand the demands of the store and keep production efficient

Requirements

• Prior Management Experience (Required)
• Leadership Experience (1 year Preferred)
• Food Franchise Experience (Preferred)
• High School Diploma (Required)
• Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Excellent communication skills
• An eye for detail and accuracy
• Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic
• A team player
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Proactive organizational skills
• Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Business hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-10:00pm; Friday and Saturday 8:00am-12:00am.
• Previous Food Managerial experience is greatly preferred, but not required. A Food Handlers permit will be required before the start date

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
