Job Title: Crossfit Certified Coach

Location: 2054 FL-436, Winter Park, FL 32792

Salary: $15 - $17 hr

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Overview:

O-Town CrossFit (formerly CrossFit Baldwin Park) is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Crossfit certified coach to join our team! We are moving into a new and bigger space and want to add additional classes. The ideal candidate should have morning availability, a passion for fitness, and a proven track record of community building. As a Crossfit coach, you will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and inspiring our members to achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

-Create and implement effective training programs for our members
-Demonstrate proper techniques and form
-Educate and motivate members to reach their fitness goals
-Provide a safe, welcoming, and encouraging environment
-Monitor and track members' progress
-Effectively communicate with members
-Be an active member of the gym community
-Participate in gym events and activities

Qualifications:

-Crossfit Level 1 certification required
-Excellent verbal communication skills
-Passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals
-Highly motivated and energetic
-Able to work early morning hours (6am, 7am and 8am classes)
-Ability to create and implement effective training programs
-Demonstrated community building skills
