· In the retail position, you will represent our company in service to our customers. Greeting customers, filling orders, preparing food, ringing sales and generally satisfying customer needs will be your major focus.

· We face several times each day when "spurts" of business really put the pressure on. You are expected to face those rush periods as welcome challenges.

· Maintaining the work area is everyone's responsibility. Restocking supplies, cleaning equipment and counters, washing dishes and utensils, trash removal, cleaning windows and doors, sweeping and occasional mopping all keep the work place safe, organized and looking sharp.

· In any foodservice environment, retail food safety is critical. You will have many duties and responsibilities relating to food safety, including administrative responsibilities.

· Learning and mastering new skills will enable you to pitch in wherever the greatest need is at any particular moment. We encourage you to advance into as many skills as you can.

· Our training systems include both print and electronic formats in the English language. Your ability to use and complete our training systems is mandatory.

We have shifts available at all times of the day. Please inquire within of any positions that you will be willing to work. Our number one priority is our guest satisfaction. Our number one goal is to hand the guest a perfect menu item every time. Those that are able to poses those abilities will be looked at for a higher up position within the company.
