Tropical Smoothie Cafe Crew Member & Crew Leader:

Hourly range is based on experience and the position hired. Crew leaders are towards the higher range.

NOW HIRING at 5088 28th Street (in front of Costco/Target).

Must be 16 years of age.

Our FIRST priority is customer service! We are looking for friendly and professional team members!
All crew members will be trained on how to prepare and customize customer modifications on our delicious menu items! We offer wraps, bowls, sandwiches, flatbreads, and smoothies!
Each employee will be trained on our Micros computer system, cash handling, money transactions, and how to take accurate orders.
Team members will be trained how to handle slow and busy times.
CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. Team members will be trained on how to keep the cafe in tip top shape at all times! We strive on sanitation and health regulations!

Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Quick learner in our fast-paced environment
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
Available to work flexible hours
Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday
