About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Credit Dispute Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in resolving credit disputes and be familiar with E - Oscar, ACDV's, and AUD's. The Credit Dispute Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and investigating credit disputes & resolving disputes in a timely and efficient manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviewing credit dispute requests received from customers
• Investigating credit disputes by reviewing relevant documentation
• Submitting AUD's to credit reporting agencies (CRA's)
• Resolving disputes within the required timeframe
• Communicating with customers and internal departments to obtain necessary information
• Maintaining accurate records of all credit disputes and resolutions
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and changes
• Completing additional tasks and projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in credit dispute resolution
• Familiarity with ACDV's and AUD's
• E Oscar experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
