Creative Director, El Paso, TX

The Creative director will be responsible for growing revenue for the El Paso Townsquare stations by creating custom solutions for priority El Paso Key and Target accounts. The successful candidate will ideate with the sales team and come up with custom exciting solutions and then work with Account managers to create professional looking proposals. The successful Candidate will then accompany the sales team on closing pitches to clients and prospects when needed. The Creative Director will also interact with the Market President for Custom El Paso regional ideation and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Ideate with Key and Target accounts
• Increase Revenue for the El Paso radio stations by coming up with custom solutions, professional looking proposals and make impactful presentations to clients and prospects.
• Have full understanding of Townsquare capabilities and potential client solutions
• Manage the creative process for specific projects
• Be a client liaison along with the Account Executive
• Interface with the Market President for direction
• Interface with various departments within Townsquare El Paso
• This position report directly to the Market President

Qualifications

Looking for a strong multi-dimensional creative talent to work with clients and account executives on all aspects of campaign strategy. This includes campaign creation, copywriting, scriptwriting, video production (shooting, lighting, editing, etc.), audio, graphic design, and more. Ability to build creative for social media marketing, station promotion, content development, broadcast and streaming media is priority. Work with animation is a plus. We have a talented team of writers, producers, designers, and content creators skilled in both English and Spanish media creative elements to collaborate with as well.
