Job Title: Creative Director

Job Summary:

Our company is seeking a talented and experienced Creative Director to lead our creative team and help shape the overall creative vision of our company. As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies, working alongside the creative teams, and collaborating with other departments to ensure our company's brand message is effectively communicated. You will report directly to the VP of Operations and work closely with the Visual Media team manager and the Company Engagement Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's objectives.

Work with the creative team, providing guidance and feedback to team members.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure the brand message is effectively communicated.

Take ownership of projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables are produced.

Spearhead ideas for visual media projects and manage their execution, including directing any internal video productions.

Work with the Visual Media team manager to ensure video and photography material are aligned with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.

Assist with corporate design needs.

Requirements:

At least three years of experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role.

Proven experience developing and implementing creative strategies.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of design, photography, and visual media.

Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.
