THE POSITION
Below is a brief overview of the role, not a full job description.
Planning, organizing, and executing the CRA’s Redevelopment Plan.- Serves as the initial contact point for the public, performs specialized administrative duties, and is responsible for the coordination of a wide variety of activities for the Community Redevelopment Agency.
- Assists with the implementation of strategic plans including business attraction, retention, job creation, business assistance, marketing, and related functions.
- Assembles, updates, and periodically distributes (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) reports, making use of manually gathered data as well as electronic systems.
- Solicits funds through sponsorships, grants, private industry, and other potential sources of revenue.
- Perform other related duties as required.
