Summit Technologies, Inc. has a potential opportunity for a Course Delivery Support Specialist. In this role you will provide instructional support and support staff with course development. This is a full-time role located on site at Fort Sam Houston, TX and/or Camp Bullis. Any individual hired will need to comply with all onboarding and annual training requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support to program of instruction and instructors.
• Support in administration, logistics, training program development and execution.
• Support course development, test development, or similar staff work.
• Collaborate with the instructors in the classroom and/or outdoors and in inclement weather to support instruction and/or labs.
• Requires lifting and carrying of equipment and/or materials weighing up to 150 pounds. On occasion, the training support staff must carry this equipment up and down stairs and on uneven terrain in the normal functions of his/her job.
• Requires long periods of standing while teaching in the field or classroom. While participating in training, duty may require standing for an 8-hour shift or longer.
• Perform routine classroom equipment maintenance, laboratory set up and tear down, clean up, and sanitation.

Preferred Knowledge and Experience:

• High School diploma or 1 year of similar experience.
