Well established manufacturing facility located in the Tampa area is seeking a warehouse counter sales associate. Ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing environment with great customer service skills. Position entails but isn't limited to processing customer orders, pulling appropriate orders, and related fittings from floor, shelf or bin location for customers. Candidate must have previous counter sales associate experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm

Provide excellent customer service to all customers including assessing customer needs and processing orders, reviewing inventory availability and ensuring customer satisfaction, while identifying revenue opportunities making sure to sell product at the gross profit margin as set by Management

Responsibilities:

• Keep Inventory organized and have correct counts on a regular basis and stock retail shelves and bins.
• Interacting with customers and diagnose a solution to specific need
• Must be able to maintain cleanliness of office space

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background.
• Must have at least 3 years of countersales experience
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
• Strong tech & computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Pay Rate: $17.00-$25.00/hr depending on experience with performance based increases and benefits package after probationary period.
