Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Counter Representative.
Responsibilities:
Provide honest and trustworthy advice to customers regarding the best products that fit their expectations.
Actively engage in developing more effective customer service skills.
Safely operate warehouse equipment to pull and prepare customer pick up orders.
Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, prepare and stage orders for customer pick up.
Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised.
Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas.
Qualifications
Customer service experience strongly preferred
Warehouse experience preferred
Valid driver's license required
Able to comfortably lift 50lbs in a fast paced environment
Self-starter with good computer skills to learn our systems quickly
Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic
Excellent decision making and communication skills

Pay Range:
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
