Position & Requirements: The Pauquette Center is seeking only independently fully licensed mental health providers for full-time or part-time positions (3 to 5 days per week). Our Richland Center and Reedsburg Clinics are seeking to hire fully licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologists who are able to work with a variety of patient populations and mental health concerns. Exceptional consideration will be given to candidates with competence treating young children and those with experience treating substance use disorders. The individual must be willing to work at least three full days per week. The ability to provide additional services in multiple locations is negotiable. This is a very supportive professional community that encourages and fosters teamwork and professional development as well as provider autonomy.

Our Services: The Pauquette Center is a multi-disciplinary outpatient group practice dedicated to serving a wide-range of client populations within rural settings. We have eight office locations across beautiful south central Wisconsin near Madison.

Compensation & Benefits: Compensation is hourly. Average full-time therapist wages range from $65,000 to $75,000+ annually based on productivity and licensure. Psychologists, please inquire further regarding compensation. Weekly supervision and consultation provided, health insurance, health savings accounts, 401k retirement plan, voluntary insurances (dental, vision, and life), flexible working hours, user-friendly electronic charting, and very limited on-call duties outside of office hours.
