POSITION SUMMARY
The Roll-Locked Machine Operator is responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of machinery that forms metal strip into hose of various diameters and thicknesses.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Loads heavy metal strip coils onto machinery.
- Set up and operator machinery that forms metal strips into hose.
- Coiling finished hose.
- Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
- Ability to read and understand detailed work instructions and production documentation.
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- \Must be able to learn to use micrometers and PI tape measure
- Good math skills a must; mechanically inclined
- Ability to operate a lift truck

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Lifting, rolling, stretching, and handling metal.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week

- Ability to stand and work on your feet 100% of the day
