Primary Functions:


Responsible for collaborating with Brandt’s management teams to develop and implement processes and procedures that enhance coordination, consistency, and efficiency while supporting the Company’s overall business plan. Perform a variety of routine and non-routine administrative tasks in support of assigned individuals, group of individuals or location. Interface with all departments of the organization to increase use of Brandt’s Travel & Expense platform.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Train key personnel in all departments so they can book travel for other employees as needed
  • Reconcile all travel expense & corporate activity on company credit card
  • Work with Travel company to ensure best deals are received for car rentals & hotels
  • Research & verify department invoices for payment
  • Office Services – responsible for negotiating pricing with vendors (i.e., coffee service, janitorial etc.) code invoices and send for payment
  • Assist Facilities & Fleet department with project level work as needed.
  • Facilities Maintenance – negotiates pricing with cleaning vendor, landscaping vendor, etc., orders office furniture and signage.
  • Assist with meeting coordination (meeting space, food, drinks, equipment, materials, etc.)
  • Coordinate and confirm all aspects of event planning, including air travel, ground transportation and hotel as needed
  • Assist with receptionist supervision
  • Perform additional assignments as requested/needed

Qualifications:
  • 4-yr business or technical degree plus a minimum 2 years in an executive support role (or minimum 6 years work history demonstrating levels of skill, knowledge, & experience)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
