Responsible for overseeing financial statements, directing accounting staff and department operations, compiling financial reports based on financial statements and implementing policies and procedures for financial reporting.Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Organization’s overall accounting and financial management requirements.
- Preparing and reviewing budgets, operating results with management team.
- Responsible for verifying all financial reports and ensuring that all transactions are accurate and in compliance with local government regulations.
- Able to prepare and submits management reports in a timely manner and also ensuring delivery deadlines.
- Able to effectively implement all accounting policies and procedures.
- Able to ensure a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard property assets.
- Ensures profits and losses are documented accurately.
- Oversees all A/P
- Monthly journal entries as needed for accurate financial statements.
- CPA
- College degree in accounting
- Excellent understanding of finance, accounting, budgets and payroll
- Should be self-directed, but also can work well with others
- Strong excel skills
- Experience working in long term care
- Experience working with a team
