The Coordinator of Community Employment Services is responsible for providing direction, coordination, and administrative supervision of identified Community Employment Service locations working in coordination with the Director of Community Employment Services. Provide supervision and evaluation of the CES staff working in the locations and fill staff vacancies for smooth operation of the program. Assume a lead role in the provision of consultation and education to various staff within Bridgeway and to the communities we serve to promote Rehabilitation and Recovery for persons with disabilities with a focus on the evidence based Individual Placement and Support Fidelity Model and the Value of work for all people. Assists the Director to coordinate, monitor and ensure that agency corporate compliance and performance standards related to service provision and clinical documentation are adhered to for self and staff supervised.

Schedules job retention and job coaching support interventions for consumers placed in community employment based on consumer employer needs. Oversee and as needed, assist with job support interventions focused on positive employment experiences for consumers enrolled in CES.

Provides support and ensure implementation of the Quality Management/Quality Improvement processes and ensure that Quality Management Systm functions efficiently and effectively for the Community Employment service areas. Assist with the coordination of Quality Assurance activities for the Community Employment Serivces, regularly monitoring consumer records to ensure compliance with applicable standards.

Assists with the hiring process to assure that careful screening of candidates is done, training is properly completed, and staff levels are maintained at an adequate level.

Communicates regularly with the CES Director, Senior Vice President of Disability Services and other senior management staff regarding your areas of responsibility, issues or potential agency liability, program expansion and any other significant matters.

Master's degree or bachelor's degree in human service or equivalent, prefer minimum of two years of administrative and/or clinical experience in the field of disabilities; working knowledge of state regulations and the process of accreditation. Must have Mental Health Professional status and work experience as Employment Specialist or applicable experience. Must also have reliable transportation. Employment with Bridgeway is conditional based on the completion of all background checks.
