Learfield is seeking an experienced AR Customer Service Representative to join the team to provide support to the Billing & Collections team within the Shared Services team in Plano, TX, Jefferson City, MO or Winston-Salem NC. You will be responsible for monitoring customer inquiries via email and telephone, payment processing, invoicing, mail processing and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Perform invoicing and reconciliation of invoicing
• Assist in outbound communication regarding past due balances
• Maintain AR email inboxes, ensuring timely response
• Answer incoming phones calls and ensuring resolution or pass off to appropriate team member
• Monitor and enter credit card payments received virtually or via telephone from customers
• Maintain physical mail is routed and responded to appropriately.
• Sort mail for checks and customer information
• Special assignments as assigned by manager

Qualifications:

• 3+ years general office experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to associates at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Work collaboratively with team members and internal/external customers
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, employing detailed documentation
• Solid Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize objectives and perform under pressure.
• Ability to accept change, be innovative and self-motivated.
• Proficient in ability to swiftly and accurately research and resolve issues.
• Ability to meet stringent deadlines.
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with Great Plains 2016 and CRM experience desirable
