Position :Food Service worker

Location : West Lafayette IN 47906

Duration :Long term contract

Pay rate is $13.00/hr on W2.

Responsibilities

• Assists in food preparation.
• Helps serve food.
• Maintains sanitation, safety, and security standards.
• Demonstrates effective work attitude.
• Uses time effectively.
• Follows policies and procedures of IVH.
• Does dishes using proper procedures.
• Sweeps and mops floors.
• Takes food carts to proper floors.
• Cleans kitchen.
• All other duties as assigned.

Skills

• Ability to demonstrate residents likes and dislikes on diet cards.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., push, or pull heavy objects.
• Ability to produce simple foods.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work in hot and humid environment.
• Ability to work around slippery floors.
• Ability to work every other weekend.

Salary: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
