Summer's Inn is a seasonal motel in Ludington, MI. We serve breakfast for up to 60 people daily. This is a seasonal position and we are open from May to October.

Requirements:

• Must have or take course for Food Handlers Certificate
• Have prior kitchen experience in a commercial setting
• Have the knowledge and experience to follow all health and safety standards
• Be knowledgeable on food allergies
• Requires a 5-6AM start time and ends around 1-2PM. Breakfast is served to guests between 7AM-10AM.
• Must be available for weekend and holiday shifts

Responsibilities:

• Prep and prepare breakfast following all health code standards
• Keep kitchen cleaned and organized per health code standards

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
