Baptist Clay is looking to add a Cook II in our Dietary Department at Baptist Medical Center Clay, located in Fleming Island, FL.This is a PRN opportunity.
As the Cook II, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing quality food in accordance with designated recipes and within HACCP guidelines
- Preparing food items in limited time period
- Possessing the ability to batch cook
- Serving regular and modified diets and hot foods on patient tray line
- Follow proper safety and sanitation policies
