Jay Bird's Nashville Hot Chicken is looking for some solid line cooks to join the crew. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and make some good money.

Cook Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

-Chopping, slicing, mixing, and pouring ingredients daily

-Ensuring your station is always stocked and reporting to management of any shortages

-Building orders accurately as shown on the tickets

-Breading, frying, and spicing chicken throughout the shift

-Opening / closing duties

-Receiving orders and stocking inventory

Requirements:

-Open availability

-Must have active ServSafe card or plans to obtain one

-Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-Previous experience in the kitchen preferred

-Reliable transportation

-Ability to lift +35 lbs and stand throughout shift
