This position reports to Team Rubicon's Manager, International Operations and is remote based within the United States.

Duration: Dec 05, 2022 - March 31, 2023

Duties:

• Assist in researching and planning Team Rubicon International operations and programs
• Communicate with and field questions / requests for information from International deployers
• Assist in maintaining clear records of operational impact metrics
• Assist in processing field reports
• Recommend process improvements and consult TRI staff on best practices / lessons learned

Experience and Background:

• 3+ years' experience working in support of international humanitarian aid, international operations, or related field
• Experience developing risk assessments, risk mitigation, and security plans
• Preferred: International humanitarian deployment experience
• Preferred: Experience supporting high-risk or austere environments

Pay Rate:

• $30/hr
