PharmaCord is seeking a talented and experienced Content Strategist to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling and visually engaging content across various platforms with a strong focus in Adobe Creative Suite platforms and Microsoft PowerPoint. The Content Strategist will report into the Marketing Manager and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and implement content strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure all content is on-brand, on-message and optimized for search engine results.
- Collaborate with other members of the Marketing Team to conduct audience research, competitor analysis and industry trends to identify opportunities for content innovation and optimization.
- Develop and manage an editorial calendar, ensuring all deliverables and timelines are met in a timely fashion.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 2-3 years of experience in content strategy, preferably in B2B or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, geofencing, email marketing and advertising.
- Experience working in a professional environment working with confidential information is strongly preferred.
- Possess a proficient understanding of Microsoft and Adobe Creative Cloud products (Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro etc.)
- Basic knowledge of audio / visual experience is a plus.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

- We are located in the River Ridge Commerce Center at 150 Hilton Drive, Jeffersonville, IN. You must be willing to work in this location; PharmaCord does reimburse for tolls if applicable, at the frequent user rate. This rate is applied after 40 trips per month (valued at $624.00 per year)
Work Schedule & Environment
- This is a full-time exempt position requiring you to be on site at PharmaCord Headquarters. Some evenings and weekends may be required to support hiring events, attend events or other PharmaCord activities outside of standard work hours.
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The ability to type 35 WPM with 97% accuracy is required
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. Light to moderate lifting may be required.
- Ability to travel including to our other Louisville locations as needed.
