The Consumerism Account Specialist will be responsible for supporting with client implementation and ongoing servicing of consumer accounts. The Consumerism Account Specialist acts as resource for matrix partners inclusive of Sales and Client Operations as well a clients and brokers.Job Responsibilities:
Understands product offerings from Cigna
Collaborates and assists clients, brokers and matrix partners in making appropriate decisions for their HRA/FSA/HSA plans
Support the Implementation and Renewal of HRA/FSA/HSA business
Performs audits of accounts as needed
Follows basic inventory management disciplines for managing book of business
Monitors Electronic File Transmission (Contributions)
Works with the Debit Card Team to resolve an debit card inquiries
Completes milestones, tasks and projects on schedule to achieve targeted results
C onducts analysis of problems / issues, proposes recommended solutions and drives resolution
Facilitates discussions / solutions with partners, and acts as a subject matter expert on HRA/FSA/HSA processes
Communicates timely important information to appropriate levels of the organization
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior client/customer facing roles required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work with multiple levels in a matrix environment, both internal and external
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple assignments simultaneously
Demonstrates the ability to provide & receive constructive feedback
Ability to meet deadlines
Knowledge / experience on OneNote and/or FACETS preferred
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 51,800 - 86,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
