Industrial Construction Services, Inc. has been setting the standard in construction for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry for the past 27 years. We actively recruiting for a Working Foreman for a our long-term project in Greenville, KY.

Working Foreman

Qualifications:
·At least 3-years’ experience in construction trades
·Experience and/or knowledge in more than one trade
·At least 1-year experience in leading crew in an efficient manner
·Meets clients and owners demands
·At least 2-years’ experience with construction equipment and power tools
·Possess good verbal, and written communication skills
·Pays close attention to details and ensuring safety requirements are met
·Must be able to work weekends and travel
·Valid driver’s license required
-Experience with Sage 100 Contractor Software a plus

Responsibilities:

·Lead crew on various jobs assigned to you which can include but not limited to demolition, wood and steel framing, concrete, drain installations, door installations, masonry block work, and other general construction required by the client.
·Maintain good communication and relationship with client and ensure quality of work and scope of work is done to their specifications.
·Enter daily field reports for your crew daily and enter equipment usage for the job.
·Promote a positive work environment
·Provide technical training on the job to crew members on proper construction procedures and safely requirements

We offer expertise in building and remodeling for manufactures with superior knowledge of USDA and FDA guidelines that need to be met to ensure no cross contamination of product. Experience in one of the following trades is required: Carpentry, structural steel, concrete, masonry, welding, resinous flooring, project management, and CAD Drafting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
