Deck Craft Plus, LLC is a family-owned, faith-based business serving Chester County and the surrounding areas since 2005 providing custom deck services, including new deck installation, re-decking, pergolas, and porch building. Our mission is to treat all our clients like family by providing affordable, long-lasting deck services.

We are looking for a full-time, reliable Construction Worker/Driver, entry-level or skilled, who enjoys working with a close-knit team and is self-motivated & eager to have a valuable career in the construction industry. If you have a valid PA driver's license & clean driving record with some construction experience, consider joining our team.

Our Ideal Construction Worker / Driver:

• Experience: Construction experience is preferred but not required; willing to train entry-level candidates. Experience driving a pickup truck with a trailer is preferred.
• Reliable & Punctual: We meet at the shop each morning at 6 AM. As the driver, our team relies on you to get them to the job site on time.
• Motivated: if you have an aptitude for construction and want to learn the trade, we will provide on-the-job training.
• Team Player: We all work together and support each other in performing the quality work our customers have come to expect.
• Positive: Your experience is not as important as your attitude. We are looking for someone friendly, enjoys being with a team, and wants to work to get the job done.
• Active: This is a strenuous job that requires carrying material, digging, using hand tools, working outside, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Safe Driver: You will be responsible for driving our truck & trailer to job sites daily. We entrust you with the safety of our crew, construction equipment, and others on the road.

What We Offer Our Construction Worker / Driver:

• $20 - $30/hour. Willing to pay for your experience!
• Consistent Hours: Mon-Fri 6 AM to 5 PM
• Paid Vacation
