Construction Superintendent Job summary

Our retail / commercial construction company specializes in build-outs and new construction for national retail, commercial and restaurant clients across the USA. We’re looking for a Construction Superintendent to oversee, manage and direct all aspects of a project from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership qualities that allow him/her to take control of a project and produce results.

Construction Superintendent Skills

• 5+ years’ experience as a Project superintendent in the construction industry
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Drives the schedule and meets critical project milestones
• Ability to read and comprehend construction plans & specifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be willing to travel

Construction Superintendent Responsibilities

• Accountable for all activities on the job-site
• Implement and enforce all company policies and procedures
• Maintain scheduling, construction document adherence, quality control, and safety

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,500.00 - $1,800.00 per week
