Construction Superintendent to oversee Apartment Community Construction from the ground up. We have built over 70 Apartment complexes averaging 100 units in size. We operate full-time, year-round and have many future projects planned and defined.

These are all local sites in the Spokane / Coeur d'Alene Areas. We only build for ourselves as we are the General contractor and owner/builder. We provide your full medical insurance premium after 60-days and paid time-off accrues from the start. We also offer 401(k) plan participation.

We are looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of residential construction, permits, supervisory and leadership skills and have verifiable references. Minimum of 5-years experience required. Please email resume or post resume on Indeed site.
