Job description

Giancola Construction has an immediate full-time opening for a self-motivated, hardworking construction superintendent to help round out our construction team. Experience in commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational and residential new construction and remodeling projects is a plus. Competitive pay, paid holidays and time off, 401K, health insurance.

Responsibilities:

· Read plans, drawings, and sketches.

· Oversee construction personnel and direct their work.

· Manage and coordinate subcontractors.

· Inspect material deliveries for defects and missing items.

· Inspect completed work for defects.

· Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

· Manage daily work and time logs.

Skills:

· 2-3 Years experience

· Excellent understanding of common construction means and methods

· Ability to read construction plans and documents.

· Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times

· Valid driver’s License a must
