Seeking Highly Motivated Sales Leader
Robbins and Company is the leading foundation repair and drainage company in Washington State. We have been awarded #1 foundation repair dealer in the nation for the second year. We have also been awarded #1 dealer in total sales.
We are expanding our sales staff in Seattle and surrounding areas. We have achieved this goal by providing strong customer service, honesty, and quality to our customers. After 71 years in business in the Seattle area, we pride ourselves in honesty and integrity and the quality of our products. We also have the best staff in the industry behind the products we offer and install.
We are looking to fill a new position of team leader of our exiting sales staff and new sales staff. Our approach is not to sell to our customers but to help our customers with the best possible approach to repair their foundation, drainage, and slabs. We need a team leader to manage the customer experience, the sales/estimating approach, our specialized product training to new and existing staff, and oversee the current and new sales/estimating staff for efficiency, productivity, and professional experience. Set goals and timelines for staff, review and coordinate marketing materials for products and services. Analyze projects for timeline performance and profitability. Hire new team members that meet our sales/estimating criteria. Host weekly team meetings to review performance and achievements. The following criteria are needed:
1. Must be highly - self-motivated, disciplined and driven.
2. NO Prior Sales Experience or training required. Our approach to sales and our products are specialized so the ability to learn our products and services quickly is a plus.
3. We will train you on our state of the art specialized foundation and drainage products.
4. Spell and compose written estimates or change orders in the field and computer estimate in the office. Write legibly and Type.
5. Must have knowledge of Computers, Microsoft office (excel, word, etc.) Our proposals are generated with Microsoft excel and imported to a customer data base software called ACT.
6. Valid Washington State Driver License, Must be insurable.
We provide a car for transportation from our facility in Burien to our customers.

The scope of the job would be as follows:
1. Manage sales/estimating personal
2. Coordinate business metrics and Key Point Indicators
3. Research and develop sales training programs
4. Train sales staff on products and services
5. Organize all sales material such as scripts, rebuttals, verification scripts
6. Hire and train new sales personnel.
Hourly Plus commission position: $64k start per year
Hours: 8-5
Days: Monday thru Friday
After 90 days --are eligible for FREE Medical, Dental, Simple IRA. Hourly employees are eligible for vacation after one (1) full year of employment.
