Are you a Construction Project Manager based within Wilmington, looking to join a well-established family-run self-performing developer?

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the site and will have experience working on Ground-Up, Multi-Family projects. You will have good people management skills and a demonstrable history of meeting project goals to achieve timely and profitable completion.

This is an opportunity that will allow you to work for a company with an extremely low turnover rate of staff, strong family values and a healthy compensation package. You’ll be joining a self-performing developer that has an ever-growing pipeline of projects across North Carolina.

The package:

Monday – Friday, competitive base salary of $125,000 - $160,000, truck allowance + bonus + benefits.
