What You'll Do:
  • This position requires a commitment to lead and mentor a team of engineers and project managers
  • Other responsibilities include overseeing projects, performing technical report reviews, preparing proposals, and assisting with management of the department and P&L
  • Additional responsibilities include marketing and business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions.
  • Other expectations include the ability to interact with senior staff members and mentor junior staff members.
  • Professional training programs may be required for this position.
What We're Looking For:
  • Candidates must have achieved previous designation as Principal at ECS or hold similar designation from competitor firm
  • BS or MS in Civil Engineering preferred
  • 12+ years of relevant professional experience
  • PE Licensure is required
