Most of our projects are located in Island, Skagit, Snohomish or Whatcom counties. We believe in building long-term relationships with our employees, clients and our partners. We offer competitive pay ($23.00 - $34.00 per hour DOE). Benefits available include 7 paid holidays, vacation, sick pay, along with medical, dental and vision, 75% paid by the company. Also a 401k with a 3% employer match. All eligible employees become an owner through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Work hours are typically Monday - Friday, days with start and end times that may vary a bit depending on the project. Night and weekend work may be needed on occasion.

JOB DUTIES
- Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites
- Assist in building structures for residential and commercial construction sites
- Participate in demolition
- Operate hand and power tools of all types
- Maintain a clean job site
- Assist during excavation activities
- Load and unload material
- Many other tasks as required
