Shaw Brothers Construction is currently hiring. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks on construction sites, such as digging trenches, loading and unloading materials, and assisting with the operation of heavy equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of tasks on construction sites such as digging trenches, loading and unloading materials, and assisting with the operation of heavy equipment
• Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with other team members
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations
• Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment and tools
• Help in maintaining a clean and organized job site
• Assist with other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
