Construction Foreman

$60K to $75K Starting Salary

Our Opportunity

As a key participant in the relationship with the client/general contractor, the Foreman is the management liaison and client interface. The Foreman has experience in operating construction equipment and leading labor teams on multiple job sites.

Key Duties

• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Monitor costs, including labor time and materials.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems.
• Work closely with management on daily work plans and quantity reporting for payment.
• Maintain all required paperwork for responsible work sites including documentation of timecards/production quantities using work orders.

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience
• CDL (A or B)
• 2+ years experience managing/leading a crew.
• Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in waterproofing, fire suppression or insulation desired.
